everything starts with zero.

And more importantly, we nid more responsible owner~~

Sometime met some ppl in PS, so tried to approach them since they asking bout hammie.. But after explained long long, they can jus grabbed the habitrail hammie food without any hesitation..although they know that is absolutely not good for their hammie..

Hahaha...then i got nothing to say lo...

I normally don measure a thing by using the money value.

For me, you don 'force' yourself to keep pets. If a person is not financially supported/sufficent, then don keep pet first.

I hv seen ppl who actually said 'nvm la, i get small cage first la.. let it stay for some time only change to 2ft tank..now no money..'

Although he know 2ft tank is the most BASIC thing for syrian..

Yup. Nature dinner is a better premium hamster diet.

There are some ingredients vary from the sensitive/power/emotion/sunshine and nature dinner.

You can pick either one and feed. Emotion and nature dinner are more complete one out of the 5. Or you can mix all 5 and feed like what i am doing..

Realise keeping hamster in a pair/colony has become a trend nowadays..

The hamster is feeling lonely? I think this is jus the interpretation of the owner.. But for me, what i see is Hermes enjoy being alone happily.. He can ply the wheel whenever he want, he dominate the whole cage, he eat everything and don hav to share with anyone, he and pee and poo everywhere because no cagemate will scold him for mess up the cage...

I don see any prob keeping single hamster.. But there are problems occur when keeping dwarf (ww) in pair/group..They can just fight out of sudden..

If you r keeping them in a pair now, then pray hard they don fight until the end of their lives.. And keep a spare cage with you so you could separate them in case they start fighting..

If you are keeping one now, remain and enjoy with ur lovely hamster.. Why do you wan to take the risk and add in another hamster and give them a chance to fight in the future?

oh yeah they're from the same petshop?really?hamster not doing it together like others animal(correct me if im wrong)?
btw,i think im not prepared for massive hamster attack..xD
its ok if they not mating.. wink.gif

hmm..u guys getting me on nerves..i will ask that uncle vet ASAP..
in Segamat..RM20 each..the first petshop and the owner of the shop is a vet in Segamat....he's so peramah oso..kinda happy with his service..
*
It's too late if u see them mating one day. Better separate b4 anything happen.

Kuaci, corn, sunflower seeds should feed as treats but not main diet of hamster. Look at the food bowl inside ur pic, it's FULL of seeds... high fat, high phosphorus... It doesn't bring any benefits to ur hammie...

Do some reading on reliable website bout hamster... Don jus trust anyone's words, although he is a vet. Go and clarify the information you received b4 u implement it.

Robo is abit hard to handle because they are small and hyperactive... They will tend to run here and there and wont let you hold like other hamster such as syrian.

But no worry, as long as you put more effort, I'm sure they can accept u one day. It takes time. biggrin.gif

Frankly, i never feed my hammie kuaci b4..because it doesnt benefits them... and it will make them addicted...

There are so much other treats better than kuaci..

Please reduce the amount u feed..mayb 1-2 perday would do.

Not what they like to eat then we jus feed as they wish. You are spoiling them.
