i dont really have experience, but my roomate in Uni has it, and up to now, consistently ok and 2 years already..it started with simple chat from my friend, he wanted to go have vacation at Bandung during mid sem..then he started to search some forum discussing about bandung and post some reply..there are few replies and respond..eventually there was an indonesian girl help him by giving info and etc about bandung and the best part, she willing to help my friend during his holiday to there..in about 4-5 months they chatted together in YM( fyi, he had not yet go bandung), my friend started to feel ease and happy with her..till the day he arrived at bandung, and she even pick-up him and some of my friends,they started to know each other from there and become closer.. at 1st i thought (even him), it might be a syndicate or the girl has hidden agenda like travel tourist or what, but it was all gone coz my friend didnt even pay her for the service..and the relation goes well till now..my friend will go there now when get a chance..and the girl had also come here twice to meet my friend..frankly, the girl not dat type of model shape or look, but seriously sweet and senang dipandang...comel..(geram plak aku)..hahaha.. so i think for you, if you can afford her to come to KL or you can go to phillipine, go there or bring her to kl lah bro..you got nothing to lose..i know you love her and love is blind, but love also need some proof bro and some sacrification.. good luck

i dont understand how people can fall in love over the internet. and give money sommore... o.O

i have seen a few friends who have done it and only to realise the real person is not the person they have been fantasizing about... hence break up immediately LOL
