Haha... Streamyx. In my personal opinion, when it's good, it's good. But when it is on PMS mode, the game state can grind to a halt. Added on January 5, 2010, 7:47 pmQUOTE(Coconut @ Jan 5 2010, 07:34 PM) i am using wireless connection for my ps3 all this while, today when i test with wired connection, i stuck at the "getting ip address fail", any help guys? Does your router configured to support DHCP? It could mean that the router didn't assign an IP address to your PS3 and thus getting the "IP address fail" message. QUOTE(Coconut @ Jan 5 2010, 10:13 PM) Hm, i have set my router to enable DHCP, assign a ip for my ps3, and now that my ps3 is able to obtain an ip, it now fail the internet connection because it says can't connect to the dns, whats next? Try this DNS: 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4 TMnet DNS is pretty much screwed up these days. Turn off your PS3 for at least 1 minute and then turn it on again. QUOTE(ericpires @ Jan 8 2010, 11:58 AM) What DNS is that??? Smooth connection with that? Public DNS, powered by unker Google http://code.google.com/speed/public-dns/Doesn't mean faster but at least I find it much more stable than Screamyx DNS server and has lesser D/C from PSN now.

QUOTE(Mr.Beanster @ Jan 17 2010, 10:51 AM) thanks bro thats help me out! anyway bro a normal ps3 can only use 16 different region psn id? etc jpn,mysia,singapore,..... . and am i able to delete my psn id and register again? No. Once registered, your PSN ID will stick to the region forever in Sony's database. Unless you a use a different name. So, be really really sure before hitting the "Confirm" button as there will be no turning back! However, the local PSN profile on your PS3 can be deleted and use a different PSN ID. QUOTE(Sesar unjur @ Jan 20 2010, 11:49 AM) Salam n hello to all.have a question to ask.does the ps3 disc quality will deteriorate after being use over n over again? If you handle it with care, it shouldn't deteriorate much, though Blu-ray discs are made to be scratch-resistant, doesn't mean you can't scratch it. It also depends on the manufacturing process in the factory.
