Hi staff/admin/mods:

Not sure how these tags will help me, but its something cool looking on my profile, so might as well give this a shot laugh.gif

I've been a LYN forum member since 2007, contributor of numerous threads/posts in numerous sections based off my rather vast various hobbies.

Also have a having a pretty long tradelist, with no ffk/trade issues/disputes/warning at all, and it came to a point where by i was lazy to update some of the insignificant trades these days so there are many trades that went on without being properly documented on that trade list post. hi admin,i would like to question u something, basically i had done so much so buisness in lowyat,because of the buisness secret i cannot show out my sucessful trde list here because i have so many competitor here and they will know my customer list,so how should i apply this safe trader tag?pls advise,thanks.

I have been being an active lowyat member since 2003. At this point, I have successfully closed the deals with total transactions amount up to RM41,000 - Refer to my trade list: Trade List

The safe trader tag would definitely help me plus to boast up the buyer confidence. As a reward in return I promise I will be more active in the Trade Zone.

I have been here since April 2011 and is an active senior member in the iPhone subforum. My successful tradelist over this 2 years have totaled up to a sum of RM 86k, maybe more. My buyers are my first priority and I always send out the stuff at the same day or the next day. I always make sure the stuff that I sell is working as stated in the sale thread, hence there is 0 dispute over me over the years. Below is my successful tradelist, hope you can review it and if I'm a viable safe trader candidate, do let me know. Otherwise, its ok. Just trying out my luck. Hi, I am applying for the Safe Trader tag,

1) Why I deserve the tag?

- I am a member since 2010 and I have many transactions between those years. Only this year of 2013 I have been slow in activity as I have some life changing events and could not commit in doing transactions with other people. I am not into the profit, I am just selling the things that I stopped using.

- I have also bought so many things from other forumers and paid everything as fast as I can once agreed.

- I am mostly active in discussions in Android sub-forum, where I will discuss in the devices I own such as HTC Desire, HTC One X, HTC One, Samsung Galaxy S2, Galaxy Nexus, Nexus 4, Nexus 7, Asus Transformer, etc. There are my version of threads so I guess it would clutter the post if I post them all.

As you may have notice, I explained the items in a very detailed info. I let them know if it has been sent for warranty already not, I let them know if it has been modded already or not, etc.

Things to NOTE :

You must have a substantial number of trades.
- Whilst it's not up in the hundreds, it's close to that, and a small amount which I recorded is pretty decent.

You must be a member for at least 2 years.
- Member since 2009 and no dispute has been brought against me.

The tag is not just a tag, it would mean that you will have to adhere to a high level of conduct when doing transactions whether it be buying or selling. Failure to live up to the tag will result in it being removed, and if you lose it, you will never get it back.
- Have never been banned for sales related infringement.

Those who are only active in the sales section and are barely part of this community as a whole also need not apply as the tag is about being a responsible trader in the community, not a profit hunter.
- Active in /k/, Cupid's Corner, Sales Section, Fast & Furious, Movies and the occasional post here and there in different threads.

It is hard for us to give you a tag if we do not know you personally. As such, when applying for a tag, get supporting references from members of the moderating team, if you know one, or well-known respected members of the community to back up your application.

I have had one other account before, I can't really recall, but I think it's sometime in 2009-2010. Otherwise, never any other sales related warning.

I am here to apply safe trader tag.
Being honest to myself and all my customer is my priority thing in this forum no matter sales or others. Trying hard my best to provide all best after sales service as i can to other forumer here as i understand in others mindset buying thing via online or buying from other states is dangerous to fraud case and scamming but myself proofing that Lowyat Forum is the best forum either for hunting reasonable new/ssecond price or even guidance for getting advise in our lifestyle such as automobile , chit chat kopitiam.

    I usually participate based on my interests, spent lots of time in pets wonderland section (especially the hamster thread), mobile computing section (ultrabook threads), Hardware Q&A section, Hardware, Watercooling thread under cooling & hard modding, casing & modifications & lately in android section. Also kopitiam back in those days but I have left that place quite a long time

    - I am friends with goldfries in facebook, although I have not meet him personally but I am quite active in another group that we are both in (not relevant over here though I guess lol).
    - These are other forumers who knows me: unequalteck, irienaoki, pristine, HoNeYdEwBoY, owikh84, hantarkatsini2, axn992, without, cloudwan & so many more (I can only tag 5 members in a post).
  • Traders who are here solely to make money from the forums and not to contribute to the development of our community will not be Safe Traders.
    I am aware of this, I do contribute in this forum. Some of the items I am selling such as modding tools are just part-time to earn some pocket money for myself. Most of the stuff that I buy/sell is my own personal stuff.
  • If you have a warning for a trade related offence, such as indirect bump, having multiple accounts, opening multiple threads, you will not receive the tag. If you had a warning for a trade related offence, we will only consider your application 2 years from the date of your last warning.
    I do not have any trade related offence as far as I recall. I have warnings from kopitiam section but its all in the past, I am no longer active in there lol.
  • If you have a duplicate account, you won't get the tag. We have a fairly accurate system of determining who has duplicate accounts. If we are in doubt, we will seek clarification from you. If your explanation is unsatisfactory, we will not give you the tag.
    I have 2 duplicate accounts, both are inactive. Please PM me if you need an explanation on this matter. You can also delete those accounts if you wish to do so since I am no longer using those accounts.

I believe it would give forumers more confidence when trading with me especially on items that cost quite a lot of money such my ultrabook that I am currently selling or other items in the future such as graphic cards, motherboards, processor etc. I have never disappointed any forumer that I deal with so far, I always do my best to show up in time & ship the item out as fast as I could if they opt for postage method. I believe all the forumers that I have successfully traded are very satisfied with the way I conduct my trades so this could give a good image to the "safe trader tag"

2) Get comments or feedbacks by fellow forumers. Quotes of replies are acceptable.
(I have removed the forumers names in the quotes as I cannot tag more than 5 people in a post & I already did that above. You can also go through the feedbacks in my threads individually if you want to verify it)
