can add a post at the first page..
showing who has been approve and rejected together with reason.

for example:
approve:
abc - done good  deal
dbc - good feeback from reliable buyer or forumers

rejected:
zxq - not enough feed back
ttt - u had one bad feedback
may be this will give u more work, but this will easy for those waiting for their tag.
togetehr with the reason also make those easy without complain why they haven approve their one....

again this is only my suggestion....
