5yrs warranty from big store is more reliable.

as I understand the warranty normally carry by the bank thus if anything happen just send to the shop where you get the tv and they will send to the Samsung service centre where the cost will be bear by the bank right?

AFAIK, it's arranged by shop with some insurance underwriter (not by bank, pls correct me if i'm wrong ).
Whereby, there is cost to be borne by the shop.
Touch wood... if something happen cost of repair could easily hit 1-2k...
HN warranty charge for 5 yrs is 1.7k for B650 plasma.

58" B650 is more prone to buzzing sound (according to AVS).
Personally I have changed my 3 days old 42s10 panel as well.
When it came back, there was a point of dirt on the internal glass.
Panasonic was forced to took it back for repair again. Turnaround time was like 2 weeks.
Generally Samsung after sales support is inferior compared to Panasonic.
But I still prefer B650 over S10 plasma for the price.

Do check with Best, they have better pricing with 5 yrs warranty.
