Agent memang macam ini one. Most of them just call to check how much you want to sell by telling you they have 'genuine' buyer. I got one agent call lagi terror. Told me has the buyer cheque on hand tim. Anyway, they also cari makan la. Give them a chance lor.

I think block b unit 1 the best la. Balcony, master bedroom, 3rd room have golf view. 2nd bedroom has pool view. Price nothing less than 700k for sure.

Bjaya said every unit has golf course view mah. If you find yours no such view, you fatt lor. Sue them and may be they give you one KM1 free.

Actually those face south golf view unit is priced 20% higher per sqft. If same price, I will sapu sapu.

Now those kitchen cabinet also quite cheap. This company called cubiq do something like ikea. Price at least 30-40% cheaper.
