KM1 west is around 600/sqft now. I heard from some source that KM1 east is even more expensivie, might go as high as 800/sqft due to its exclusivity.

If you bought properties in 08-09, you should expect at least 40% appreciation by now.

Properties bought in 2009 or before and sell it off with just 20% gain is really not a good bet. Anyway, buyers will love to meet this type of desparate seller, including me biggrin.gif

According to a developer's friend, new ruling required internal plastering before external painting and coating. That's why you dint notice much changed from outside. If you go nearer, you will notice some workers are coating the unit's interior now.

Since this is a dibs project, developer will want to handover earlier than later to save interest.

Kochin, if you win the bkt, you win even more from the early vp smile.gif

I think bkt should be on me. I got the progressive billing showing that they are going for external plastering next. Now is September, let say 3 months to get it done internally and exteriorly. December start drainage and road, another 2 months. Cny rehat. Start work again march on final touch up. April apply for cf. June get approval. Either end June or early July vp biggrin.gif

For the mean time, I think property price is almost there. Won't go up much or go down much. Those who don't have money, no choice, got to rent. Those who are holding, no choice, rent out with low yield coz rental won't go up much either.
