I hope u can understand that:
1. The root cause for this issue is due to the shipping problem. It may be due to the human behavior when handling the item (no matter the service from poslaju or courier company, the broken issue of items may occur during delivery, it’s a normal case that will be facing by online seller, even the prestige company or factory ).
2. As we know, they do receive a lot n a lot of parcels every day, n sometimes they might use ‘throw’. Many sellers might claim that they WOULD NOT responsible for any lose or damage during the shipment, and the customers have the right to open n check the parcel in front the postman. They can refuse to receive it if not satisfied with the items.
3. Not to mislead others, we need to clarify that we only charge u rm8 for the postage. We only receive rm8 from u. We are not trying to play around with the postage. We did sms u to explain that we r having problem on our place skynet branch n change to pos laju. Pos laju is same service n same speed as skynet but different company, we r using same way, we r not using the cheaper eparcel or pos domestic which take longer n we didn’t try to cheat any. Sorry that we do not give u the discount price that u want(hardly earn any) but reasonable price. Besides that, u have the right to decide to purchase or not.

We r having many customers call n sms everyday, busy till not enough time to sleep n eat sometimes, n we may be miss 1 or 2 cstmr msg. The peak n busy situation may cause us late reply or miss out to see 1 or 2 msg as incoming msg n call is too lot, we do pack n wrap parcels till 2-3am everyday, i believe some sellers will understand this situation. n we did call back u after it but no ppl answer. no matter how, sorry for the inconvenience.
We r sincerely here to solve the problem. We did promise to replace u a new turtle with a small gift.
