Hi Nova,

I hope u can understand that:

1. The root cause for this issue is due to the shipping problem. It may be due to the human behavior when handling the item (no matter the service from poslaju or courier company, the broken issue of items may occur during delivery, it’s a normal case that will be facing by online seller, even the prestige company or factory ).

2. As we know, they do receive a lot n a lot of parcels every day, n sometimes they might use ‘throw’. Many sellers might claim that they WOULD NOT responsible for any lose or damage during the shipment, and the customers have the right to open n check the parcel in front the postman. They can refuse to receive it if not satisfied with the items.

3. Not to mislead others, we need to clarify that we only charge u rm8 for the postage. We only receive rm8 from u. We are not trying to play around with the postage. We did sms u to explain that we r having problem on our place skynet branch n change to pos laju. Pos laju is same service n same speed as skynet but different company, we r using same way, we r not using the cheaper eparcel or pos domestic which take longer n we didn’t try to cheat any. Sorry that we do not give u the discount price that u want(hardly earn any) but reasonable price. Besides that, u have the right to decide to purchase or not.

However, I am here sincerely to get the solution to help. Pls send it back to us( I will pm u tomolo), we will replace a new one to u.

We r having many customers call n sms everyday, busy till not enough time to sleep n eat sometimes, n we may be miss 1 or 2 cstmr msg. The peak n busy situation may cause us late reply or miss out to see 1 or 2 msg as incoming msg n call is too lot, we do pack n wrap parcels till 2-3am everyday, i believe some sellers will understand this situation. n we did call back u after it but no ppl answer. no matter how, sorry for the inconvenience.

We r sincerely here to solve the problem. We did promise to replace u a new turtle with a small gift.
Pls contact us if u willing to change the item as we did call n pm u but no reply.

OK, i accept that the broken items was not your fault, but why you did not reply me when i contact u bout the broken items? If you are really into it, you will sure reply...

Next is the postage. I mention to you that in your post, you are charging RM8 for the postage, and you say that is for small items like the light. As for the turtle, you say it is heavy and big, so you charge me RM 20. Why is it you are changing your statement now by telling me you are charging postage for RM8? Didnt i told you earlier that in your post it is written RM8?

sorry for late reply pretty, i m Mr Lee. I did receive my turtle n milk glass in nice condition last week. Thank you. I m using email to contact this seller directly to purchase. She replied me friendly n I like her way in doing business. For me, she is a patient n kind seller. And I do also notice many good feedbacks here but 1 complaint. Out of 100 customers sure will have few got problems or kacau. U had offer him n try ur best. Just take it easy n learn from the lesson. Others have their ‘own eyes’, they will judge n know who’s trustable. Good luck in ur sales n wish to deal with u again in the future. I do not need any reply or responses for my text, except u guys do not understand ‘human language’. Thanks.

anyway, so far there is only 1 complain, and tat is from me... i am just explaining the things that had happen to me, and not trying to disturb or wat... and i am sure tat in future, there will be many good feedbacks for this seller too, as she is nice to me also, which i admit... i am just not happy with the way she is explaining the cost to me, and din reply my msg after i make the report to her...

just please understand that no matter how good a seller is, there will always be a small mistake arise or wat, as we are all humans... and i am here expressing my feelings and wat i had experienced...

like u say, others will have the own eyes, so just let them judge, we are here honestly to describe wat type of service we get to aid other to have their own eyes, right? smile.gif

hi nova, i really dint call or force mr lee for his help. this ur own prediction n it may not true.

i did explain n explain d… n as wat did i said in post 41, we r too busy n abit unable to handle the large quantity of cstmrs incoming calls n msg n we may dint notice or miss out to reply 1 or 2 cstmrs sometimes (not enough workers, seeking now m sorry for the temporary inconvenience)

As u said, we r just a human n may did some mistake sometimes. And i m really appreciate n thx alot to the cstmrs for their patient n sensibility which do not keep it in heart, especially for those who r able to wait without shouting or feeling annoying. really thanks a lot for all notworthy.gif

i really din expect that it will really hurt you so much... i am very very sorry bout it, i din mean to do tat to u... i was just expressing my experience on wat had happen on it... hope u can trust me, i din mean to hurt u...

and for the sms things, i understand... but till now, u still din explain y u r so convince and sure that the postage for the turtle is RM20, or should i say, i still not understand ur explanation (if there is any) on the price of the post? for a seller like u, pos laju that weight 1kg or less is Rm9 to east malaysia, it suppose to be a basic knowledge to u... and tat turtle hardly weight 1kg to me... so y r u still convinced bout the price is RM20?

I got my things (Sun jar + ROMANTIC DIY four celestial projection lamp Star )

First off... I did not receive it from Skynet as sent. They forgot to send it out from their office and was asked to collect it from them instead of them sending it again. I only found out when I called them at 5.30pm and I drove trough peak traffic hours to Skynet to pick them up.

When I first saw it over the counter I gasped seeing that the box has been dented in. One corner of the box was smashed in and when I told the Skynet lady about it she said "we got it like that. Check and see first if everything was ok?"

And I proceeded to check things out. Thank goodness everything inside of it was fine.

Though, I have few things to say about the items after getting them.

The sun jar, It's quality is rather poorly controlled. There was melted tape on the jar's cover (which I manage to peel out but does leave a mark), there are small scratches on it and even metal scratch marks from the locker of the jar.

Other than that, it serves it's function and works well.


The "ROMANTIC DIY four celestial projection lamp Star" gave me a shock when I first found out that it came in a flat shaped box. Though as I slowly put piece by piece together I noticed that it was not as easy as i thought it would be.

You'll need to screw in screws into plastic without screw molds, and because of screwing it to much and to get it done rightly my fingers have blisters all over them, not to mention a bubble blister.

Screws provided could be of better quality.

The light filter which is a film joined together by double sided tape won't hold in place for long as double sided tape provide is most definitely not strong enough.

Once I've managed to fix them all together and I excitedly turn off the lights and turn it on. I was very disappointed. I can't say it was expected from such a tiny light bulb provided, but it could only light up about 1.5feet radios of the light unlike what is shown in the pictures provided.

Now I'm thinking of heading to ikea to get a table lamp and use it to replace that tiny light bulb. The flim keeps falling a part, and I'm thinking of gluing them together with superglue.

Overall for the amount of effort put into putting it together, both the sun jar and this "star" thing... seems to me like typical China products.

If you don't mind substitute quality, and would just have these items. Go for it! Otherwise great service from pretty~ who replied my messages fast enough.

I would like to represent the skynet to say sorry to u for their delay 1day. lots courier company ppl is sketchy in taking, handling ot 'throwing' parcel but we have no choice. haiz...
i did also called them few times b4 to complain but i understand that they r postman not superman. Lot's of parcels everyday n they r stress too. Sorry for it.

For some customers in certain area n branch, skynet service is not as good as other company such as pos laju or others. but still got some cstmr insist to use skynet. i also dunno to use pos laju or skynet liao...

For the items, Of course it cannot be compared to few hundred ringgit de item. it's not US rm100 or rm1000 de item which mayb can give u the extremely amazing quality. but the item we sell is worth in the quality it should be than the price.

yup, the items is china product n we have selling alot on many forums especially chinese forum n received lots good feedbacks. Lots of them completed it nicely with no problems, n praise the products n thx for it.No lie. some is just a secondary female student. i even can show u guys wat did their wrote or post in other forum. n i believe that it's wont be a problem for lowyat members as lowyat is famous of having many talents, high educated or proffesional ppl here compare with other forums =)

i did see it when my fren assemble our product the DIY four celestial projection lamp star himself, he complete it in 1hour with smile n high satisfaction. different ppl maybe have different feeling n opinion. for those who r prefer not do DIY or assemble item, u r recommend seeking for another item such as turtle lamp or new item StarBeaurty (n_n)

We r just a seller who act as middle man. n selling more than hundred items online. i also wish tat the manufacturer can improve the quality, n i did told them ur comemnt, n he replied me with smile, ''yup, sure u can. but at least in 1 hundred ++ per item'

Here's some of the customers feedbacks on chinese forums for the romantic DIY lamp n also other items.
And It's not as difficult to do as we thought.

however, we do provide dissemble serive now for the romantic projection lamp (by the agent, not us). For those who do not wish to do it themselves n ask for us help. We will help u to send it to the agent to help u guys to do it, wit extra charge rm15. Pls be noted tat we do not earn any from it, we r just helping u guys finding ppl to help. U guys can choose to dissemble urself to save the money n learn urself too. it's not as hard as u think. we do have loys cstmrs say their complete it in half hour or 1hour++ =)
