sorry for late reply pretty, i m Mr Lee. I did receive my turtle n milk glass in nice condition last week. Thank you. I m using email to contact this seller directly to purchase. She replied me friendly n I like her way in doing business. For me, she is a patient n kind seller. And I do also notice many good feedbacks here but  1 complaint.  Out of 100 customers sure will have few got problems or kacau. U had offer him n try ur best. Just take it easy n learn from the lesson. Others have their ‘own eyes’, they will judge n know who’s trustable. Good luck in ur sales n wish to deal with u again in the future. I do not need any reply or responses for my text, except u guys do not understand ‘human language’. Thanks.

hi nova, i really dint call or force mr lee for his help. this ur own prediction n it may not true.

i did explain n explain d… n as wat did i said in post 41, we r too busy n abit unable to handle the large quantity of cstmrs incoming calls n msg n we may dint notice or miss out to reply 1 or 2 cstmrs sometimes (not enough workers, seeking now m sorry for the temporary inconvenience)

As u said, we r just a human n may did some mistake sometimes. And i m really appreciate n thx  alot to the cstmrs for their patient n sensibility which do not keep it in heart, especially for those who r able to wait without shouting or feeling annoying. really thanks a lot for all 

we dint notice n dint reply ur 1 sms, sorry abt it. Sincerely. Actually u can do remind us 2nd time or pm/sms again abt the item got problem. Direct posted on the thread n claim that u r just explaining the things that had happen to u, and not trying to disturb or wat. ya, maybe it’s a small stuff for u. but saying us a big lie n asking others to think twice b4 order is really hurting me…  
we r really trying our best but nobody’s hundred percent perfect… sorry for the inconvenience n thx for ur patient.

nov@Freak, I don’t see any point as u r saying u mean no harm lo. For me, it is rude to mess with ppl sales thread to give a bad reputation to seller before even file a complain in proper forum. Do not need to pretend as tolerate/patient or whatever. “seems like she is calling u to help her to repair her images with all those good saying...” showing that u r admit in trying to give her a big slap, a bad image as u can. Compliacated. Twenty ringgit or nine ringgit,she also get eight ringgit from u finally right? U no rugi la. Ya, u no rugi. Let it go la, mature person we are. If not, buying outside shop nextime la instead of wasting time online.

Seller, no need bersusah payah to reply this guy la. obviously not the turtle got problem. It may be annoying for the other buyers to see her long text n ur long reply text to her. Keep doing ur business that’s fine. Life’s goes on, lot’s of challenges, fussy ppl n things on the journey, just be careful n learn from every lesson in improving urself.

I would like to learn from tat Lee, no need to reply my text as long as u r a human n u do understand human language. TQ
