I have to say i am very disappointed with this seller... This are the following reasons:

1. I bought a twilight turtle and try to reduce the price. She say she cant reduce cos of the postage fees with is around RM20. She even call me to check with the postage company on this and ensure me that the postage fees is tat amount. I din check, as i trust her, so i just pay the amount she ask. But guess wat happen? When i receive the items, it was written RM9 ONLY for the postage? WHAT A LIE BY THIS SELLER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2. She promise me to use Skynet, but she change to Poslaju without INFORMING/ASKING me/my permission. See how she is trying to play around with the postage?

3. The item I received is not in good condition. The turtle shell has broken. When i try contact her for this and sms her, no reply...

I got no choice but to post this up for other potential buyers' references. Hope you all think twice before buying for this seller.

OK, i accept that the broken items was not your fault, but why you did not reply me when i contact u bout the broken items? If you are really into it, you will sure reply...

Next is the postage. I mention to you that in your post, you are charging RM8 for the postage, and you say that is for small items like the light. As for the turtle, you say it is heavy and big, so you charge me RM 20. Why is it you are changing your statement now by telling me you are charging postage for RM8? Didnt i told you earlier that in your post it is written RM8?

anyway, so far there is only 1 complain, and tat is from me... i am just explaining the things that had happen to me, and not trying to disturb or wat... and i am sure tat in future, there will be many good feedbacks for this seller too, as she is nice to me also, which i admit... i am just not happy with the way she is explaining the cost to me, and din reply my msg after i make the report to her...

just please understand that no matter how good a seller is, there will always be a small mistake arise or wat, as we are all humans... and i am here expressing my feelings and wat i had experienced...

like u say, others will have the own eyes, so just let them judge, we are here honestly to describe wat type of service we get to aid other to have their own eyes, right? smile.gif

and for the sms things, i understand... but till now, u still din explain y u r so convince and sure that the postage for the turtle is RM20, or should i say, i still not understand ur explanation (if there is any) on the price of the post? for a seller like u, pos laju that weight 1kg or less is Rm9 to east malaysia, it suppose to be a basic knowledge to u... and tat turtle hardly weight 1kg to me... so y r u still convinced bout the price is RM20?

nov@Freak, I don’t see any point as u r saying u mean no harm lo. For me, it is rude to mess with ppl sales thread to give a bad reputation to seller before even file a complain in proper forum. Seller, no need bersusah payah to reply this guy la. obviously not the turtle got problem. It may be annoying for the other buyers to see her long text n ur long reply text to her. Keep doing ur business that’s fine. Life’s goes on, lot’s of challenges, fussy ppl n things on the journey, just be careful n learn from every lesson in improving urself.
