Atrium dividend drop is very much expected, just that during recent REITs rally, ppl forgot about it...

yes, because of CEVA. now recontract liow. next year there will be another 2 warehouses lease expiring.

does TM pay good dividend ? Im considering to keep it for dividend..

they merely reaffirmed their dividend policy last yr, but as a good dividend.. well really depends on profits...

if not for gov projects dont think TM can sustain their dividend policies.
