1. INTRODUCTION
On behalf of the Board of Directors (“Board”) of the Company, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd (“M&A Securities”) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a bonus issue of 1,067,144,510 warrants (“Warrants”) in Compugates on the basis of one (1) Warrant for every two (2) existing ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in Compugates (“Compugates Shares”) (“Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants”).
2. DETAILS OF THE PROPOSED BONUS ISSUE OF WARRANTS
2.1 Number of Warrants to be issued
The Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants entails the issuance of 1,067,144,510 Warrants on the basis of one (1) Warrant for every two (2) existing Compugates Shares held by the entitled shareholders.
The issuance of 1,067,144,510 Warrants under the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants was arrived at after taking into consideration the issued and paid-up share capital of Compugates of RM213,428,902 comprising 2,134,289,020 Compugates Shares.

If you refer to announcement of bursa today, all director are dispose stock like mad to the retailer.... they are all sucks.... earning the retail investor hard earn money... dun buy this stock or else you will be their "water fish"...... In this few months, you will see those useless director collecting the stock at 0.06 and again after they have enough of share.... they will dispose.... this is the way they earn money... so easy and cause many water fish got hunt by them.... pity.....

this counter cannot play one lah

it stoped it aggresive movement long ago , just have a look to day and it still the same

Compugates Holdings Bhd, a Malaysian supplier of cellular phones and digital cameras, rose to its highest level in more than two weeks after agreeing to buy a timber concession in the country’s northern Perak state.

Like people said "Buatlah apa bisnes yang boleh untung" . Better stay out from this stock loh, dun see they have a good business plan.

According to bursa announcement.,
Somebody by the name Low Gay Teong cumulated few million of shares at RM0.80 per share.

They have raise from the hole today . anyone any comment . im still holding several lot in it from ancient ago .

planing to let it go at the price of 0.160 ideal ?

For those still holding it. today might be the time to unload it.
Just curious why it suddenly become the top performer today?

sell all at 0.12 .. dont want to be greedy..later drop back to 0.06 can buy back again..hahahah
