Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 16 July 2009, 17 July 2009 and 21 July 2009, in relation to the termination of the Distributionship Agreement Celcom Prepaid Mobile between Celcom Mobile Sdn Bhd (“Celcom”) and Compugates Sdn Bhd (“CSB”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, dated 30 April 2007 including any supplemental and addendum executed thereof and the Extension Letter from Celcom dated 29 April 2009 [collectively referred to as “Agreement(s)”].

The Board of Directors of Compugates wishes to announce that CSB had on 28 July 2009 received a reply letter from Celcom dated 27 July 2009, rejecting CSB’s request for Celcom to re-consider their decision to terminate the Agreements and that the Agreements shall be terminated with effect from 29 July 2009.

This announcement is dated 29 July 2009.

In other unrelated news, we also believe MACC is innocent....

After MM or whatever has purchased more than 5% of total shares, they need to declare to KLSE, so whether they will collect back the 930 million, market will know.

It is same across, any substaintial shareholders buying or selling need to declare once doing transaction even through proxy or nominee account.

Any substaintial shareholders transaction will be published daily from time to time which can check it out.

What is Compgate selling then? Intel processor? related to it? Sorry I don't have the details on it, anyone can elaborate on this which will be beneficiary to all. 

Name might be related to computer, but we need to explore what it is actually selling then.

Last time a lot of people first heard the name, most (including me) taught was selling computer stuff or providing computer stuff solution,  don't know the company was selling prepaid card business, although the name carry the computer/or related. And now company could involve in sand mining as well.

There is high chance all company will register better revenue in the next few Q due to improved economy situation,at least at current point of view. That's why stock market has risen more than 30% or 50% for the last few month. 

i saw 5k 5k selling off, but wondoring who buy the 0.065....

Many ppl who loves to act smart ... will use all kinds of theories to denounce a company ...
They do that for one purpose ... to become Warrent Buffet in their own dream and self image.
The fact is ... they are not wrong.

There is no certain things in life except death and taxes. 

For this stock, i throw the "fundamental" and "technical" out of window and try something different.
Maybe i will lose or may be i win. It doesn't matter so much except for the thrill of the journey. 

After talking umpteen months. Today i decided to place a buy order at 0.065. Queue is too huge, don;t think can get.
0.05 was my target but tough.

Take a lesson from Talam, Mems, Oilcorp and Mtronic. They all rose first before collapsing and all are adversely affected. The coming quarter will see loss of half of revenue ( TM termination contract ).
