well... why dont buy a second floor shoplot? the rental yield would be higher and price grows faster.

I hv a relative who he's is for sale. the she is a DST with 4 rooms n 3 bathrooms, in Kingfisher Phase 1, size is 1300ft2? Asking for RM380k. If interested, pls let me know ya, tq

The video give me an idea how far has Penampang developed...There is Public Bank there too, two hypermarket there. One is Giant, the other is a local brand.

Cheating one la...tis is apartment not condo...if rm1300..thn I better rent Lintas double storey with 4 rooms just rm1500 ...u better check it out...and it's bumi lot...are u dusun or kadazan,Malay?

Who is the developer for tmn sri hartamas? The quality good? I heard pipe leaks and flooring is not good quality?
