I live at Tmn Jindo, near Lintas there...
the nearby Tmn Jindo got one completed SuperLink/Semi D ...very nice ...last time was RM450k...now become 700k... Now i am searching for new launching....i heard Penampang there going to have one new launching for double storey..think of buy 1...any new launch? |

Saw since July2011...
but when i look at the location... very far...are you sure to invest and aim for rental yield? i doubt someone working at KK/Damai area willing travel so far... and Today i saw taman jindo 1 DS corner lot asking RM780k...lolzz Marina Court Penthouse asking for 1.5mil.. |

Cheating one la...tis is apartment not condo...if rm1300..thn I better rent Lintas double storey with 4 rooms just rm1500 ...u better check it out...and it's bumi lot...are u dusun or kadazan,Malay?
