downloading v30 now

Weird, now i got two Dictionary apps after update to V30. One is blue (ABC icon) plus new one is red (chinese character icon)...

Call me crazy but can someone test this on V20?

When u scroll on a list (contacts, songs, etc), try holding the end of the list. The farther away u hold it, the faster the list scrolling towards that direction. Wishing for kinetic scrolling *cant accept the fact it's not in V30* but encounter this.

My camera hack still working under V30 (after hard format). Sound still silenced (via script in C:/Private folder) and red light disabled (via rompatcher).

Only non working software was Hello 1.x, need v2.0 to work.

It's not the map but custom vehicle pack. Google it.


Anyone tried gmail app on v30? Seem like got issue with fullscreen...

Quickoffice v6 officially support touchscreen S60v4 and it's FREE (at least for the viewer). Full version with editing option available for free on selected E series. Check from Download.

Somehow my phone now doesnt show notification for new incoming sms...

V30 seem worst than V21 imo. Less free RAM (!), 45-50MB on V21 compared to 40-41MB on V31. Speed improvement gained a bit but not very significant.

*My GPS alone seem non-functioning until i enable AGPS... Time for reformat..

59MB is possible on V21..

The RAM will reduce after certain period of usage due to background caching. 59MB is maximum amount after fresh boot. After a while, dropped to around 45MB but significantly lower than 40MB on V30.

Regarding the battery fast drain, i had format it again and it seem back to normal. Still full bar after installing all the apps, online to download few widgets and configure online apps. I charged it this morning.

Quickoffice +virtualkey barely usable. Rather type it in notepad and format it on pc (Btw, i pm'ed u bout issue on v6.2)

I'm still waiting for Mobireader to officially support touch. Then i will be happy bunny

I retest my GPS locking quite heavily for the past few days since it suck at locking after upgrading to V3o. After trying to lock several time using Nokia Map and Garmin, the locking speed increased significantly. Now it's capable of locking fast even without AGPS enabled, similar to my previous V21. Now locking less than 2 sec WITHOUT AGPS, if i try to lock within few kilometers from previous locked location.

Either it's learning to lock faster (history of current location?) or the weather (quite hazy these few days..).

If u have problem with your GPS on V30, try to give it a few lock. It MIGHT improved.

Not really. Just do the 3 keys format and everything back to stock. It's just softmod. And lets keep discussion of hacking and HelloOX v2 to PM or Google it

Only Garmin need some "work" since once u format the microsd, cardID will change. Other apps that allowed to install on card should work properly.

My alarm also off by 4mins late. LOL. V30 is funny but i love it.
