Lowyat frenzzz... kindly give me some opinion.. i really have dilemma on it..

Im finding my future house(3years later).. I have been visit Setia Alam, Putra Height, First Residence@Kepong, Spring@Selayang,PArk51@Jln222,Atmosfera@Puchong,Zen@Puchong...

The last visit is Zen and Atmosfera.. Personally feel zen concept is very nice.. Anyways, feel that 300k condo in that area kinda expensive, same as Atmosfera..

Is there any new launching nice condo that i have miss out..? Please give me advise.. My budget monthly would be RM1500 only.. more or less from that.. cry.gif cry.gif

3 years later? 3 years later move in or 3 years later only buy and wait construction?

IMO, Zen and Atmosfera have nice concept but the location, price and maintenance charges turns me off. Why not try Zest if you're looking at Puchong area anyway?

Setia Alam and Selayang Springs is quite far from KL. hmm.gif

Only looking at condo?

I think Setia Alam is quite good. I think they are properly planned. The only thing bad is far from Klang Valley.

Hi,
Stay away from Puchong, it's enough chaotic already. Try Kelana or PJ, Seremban, Cheras, anywhere but not Puchong smile.gif

Personal experience plus facts. Been staying there, you just gotta replace the traffic with LRT at least.

I would suggest anyone to consider stay away from Puchong, there's alot better place to live, until we have LRT in puchong.

Why consider condo only? At 300K you can consider some landed houses at deeper Puchong. Guarantee price will go up in future thumbup.gif

Only go for condo if no choice. Lots of issues like maintenance fee, etc. rclxub.gif

Thanks @suiteng advise .. Location of Atmosfera not nice? I'm from Kepong, been visit Puchong 3-4times only.. Location wise compare between Zen and Atmosfera, i feel Atmosfera is more convenient..
Setia Alam visit 4times already, at last also give up because of the distance.. sad.gif

No must condo.. Actually my requirement is new launch with easy entry package.. Ready house, sub-sales house/condo need prepare lot of cash, thats out of my budget..
With limited budget and 3yrs later only start loan repayment, 300k condo sound acceptable.. or 350k landed house? There is one more place look nice, Kemuning Utama, IR2. Any comments on it? Even far?

then it should be a toss between Park51 and Atmosphera as both also very easy entry. wink.gif
