IMO, Zen and Atmosfera have nice concept but the location, price and maintenance charges turns me off. Why not try Zest if you're looking at Puchong area anyway?
Setia Alam and Selayang Springs is quite far from KL. Only looking at condo? |

Zest - near Kinrara Giant, go take a look. You might like it. Approx 250k? Dun quite remember. Park51 - PJ area. Not bad actually at Jalan222, but the jam.. you know la.. 1Petaling - easy entry, but leasehold left 70 years. Other places I dun really know, but some bankers offers EPP for the dp up to 12 months. |
