Hehe.. lemme reply slowly first.

Atmosfera - I actually fell in love with the show unit. But RM370k++ for a condo is too much to pay. Basically the package is you pay for booking, and they subsidize the 10% dp for you. Pay nothing until completion. From Atmosfera, you can "see" KESAS but cannot enter tongue.gif must go 1 round.

Zen - same concept, you pay RM8k++ IIRC, then pay nothing until completion. But the location is more towards the orang asli.. I mean the low cost housing area. And leasehold? Hmm.. very the south already. I don't like the IOI jam. Approx 300k too..

Zest - near Kinrara Giant, go take a look. You might like it. Approx 250k? Dun quite remember.

Park51 - PJ area. Not bad actually at Jalan222, but the jam.. you know la..

1Petaling - easy entry, but leasehold left 70 years.

Other places I dun really know, but some bankers offers EPP for the dp up to 12 months.

I have a very very bad experience staying in Condo during my college time in Wangsa Maju. I stay in Alpha Condo. That condo basically all vacant by student, the facilities is poor, the lift is very smelly and dirty.

I afraid my nxt condo will be same. Paying every month rm250 for mgt fee is not cheap too but if all facilities been well-managed, at least it worth for it.
