But the location is more towards the orang asli.. I mean the low cost housing area. And leasehold? Hmm.. very the south already. I don't like the IOI jam. Approx 300k too.. Zest - near Kinrara Giant, go take a look. You might like it. Approx 250k? Dun quite remember. Park51 - PJ area. Not bad actually at Jalan222, but the jam.. you know la.. 1Petaling - easy entry, but leasehold left 70 years. Other places I dun really know, but some bankers offers EPP for the dp up to 12 months. |

Added on July 29, 2009, 12:07 pmThere is one more concern about staying in Condo. I have a very very bad experience staying in Condo during my college time in Wangsa Maju. I stay in Alpha Condo. That condo basically all vacant by student, the facilities is poor, the lift is very smelly and dirty. I afraid my nxt condo will be same.
