bf estimate plox, im guessing its around 17%, not too sure though.
should i cut more till bout 14% and then bulk or should i just bulk now?
cos the one thing im most scared of is having loose skin flopping around ><"

hopefully one day, i can be cut up sad.gif
ouh and know if theres anyway it can be done within 5-6 months XD
been hitting the gym consistently for the past 1.5 months, lost weight before that due to bad dieting, didnt know squat bout conserving muscle mass and whatnot. anyways, gonna push harder from now on.

ouh and what can i do regarding my lower back fat, cant stand it ><"

thanks in advance smile.gif

actually they should give the advantage to those above 170.... when u are taller, u will definitely look smaller and slimmer than a shorter guy

I don't even go above 40kg for my bicep curls. Gee. I think that guy should reduce the weight and go for proper contraction. Bodybuilding is about feel, not poundage. Progression is measured by size first, then poundage second. I keep trying to drill that into beginners. I don't know why they don't listen. *sob*wails... I'm so hurt. Sniff*
