i gym at my room ..ahaha got 80kgs of plates a bar 2 dumbels and a bench.. smile.gif...

and on leg days i go to the UPM gym... never seen u there bro...

no wonder la chainsaw all... ... now i understand!!
wei basketball also ar?..free today?

ok jon keep me updated with ur progress.... two days ago managed to do 50 push ups .... the ones where ur legs are on a bench and ur angle going downwards....

managed 20..then 15 ...then 10..then 5...then died

oh ya..this was after benching up to 60kgs

de.crystal..ur problem is somewhat similar to mine..but ignore ur love handles for the moment... increase ur intensity on your basic exercises...push hard and u will see results realistically fast...

its actually not that great a progress..the real change began 1 year back when i was seriously training......
so far hv been training for 1 year and approx 9 months....

thanks ken.. ur progress is inspiring as well.. especially the cutting part...whats ur stats? inches and kgs


Added on November 9, 2009, 2:48 pmtechnically....its 2 though smile.gif... ..and i could have pushed harder....wasted the first 9 months doing crap...... but it took me that long to get a basic understanding and a solid base to work on......for me it was also easier coz im an athlete... so training was actually desirable..... non - active ppl will definitely have more mental barriers to over come....

but thats not an excuse yea ..

true... im also more interested in height an weight... muscle size differs when pumped and not pumped...

a chest like that ..u probbably benching 70 -90kgs normally?

sum ppl look very ripped and huge..but then u find out that they are 160 cm and such....

it takes a lot of muscle to look bulky at your height... im not too far behind with 178 and 71 kgs

woh ... 70 - 90 kg is little ? ahhaha.... awesome..!!..nice nice... although almost useless to train..the pectorals are a very aesthetically pleasing muscle to train ... wink.gif...

certain amount of strain u can take....if u really push forward and ur not capable of handling that weight...then things wil get furkupped

using tennis ball..?..normally after training my leg... i do my own sort of soft tissue work... not tennis balls....maybe i dont know their technique...i use my knuckes and elbows....

only one way to describe it...

"hurts so good"...
