is cutting really that easy?

maybe i was just too afraid to cut and lose my muscle lol.

but i'm still not big enough to start cutting yet lol.

oh btw i lost 2kg in 1 month because of exams... :S sucks.

you look kinda small to lift that much for bench press, but i dont do that..it'll just wreck my joints...but then even when I train i'll only ask the spotter to help me for my last 2 reps for forced rep...but not for the whole set...

btw who does bench presses nowadays?

Well this big guy here knows how little i lift for incline BP lol...but the most important is the muscle stimulation...no point going heavy and get less ROM and can't really stimulate the muscle fully.

oh and thanks for your wishes! I really need it. Gonna miss training with you haha...now I need a new spotter d.
