HD 5770 gives you Direct X11 Gaming experience on Windows 7.

I'd recommend it over HD4850 biggrin.gif Because I saw in some reviews 5770 does better because of the GDDR5 Vram smile.gif

5770 only 128 bit, 4870 256 bit, not like that kah?

ah.. btw ur still in the wrong section.. please proceed to Hardware section.

About the HD5770...the GDDR5 won it over its 256-bit interface..

NFS SHIFT on UL80VT
(screenshot only, don't care about the FPS because I ran something else behind that caused frame rate to drop)

Yes on Turbo mode. Medium graphics, not yet try to turn on AA to 2X see how much the framerate is, hopefully it still playable... lolz

Maybe later try it out, mix match the graphic settings while on 2X AA.

Yeah lol I don't demand too much anyway, I not the kind of hardcore players =p As long as I can play with with proper settings then it's OK.

I turned up the AA to 2X while maintaining other settings (somewhat medium), the framerate drop to less than 20 FPS. Turn off the shadow and texture resolution oviously didn't help in gaining any framerate at all!

So, for users with a laptop scoring 6000 in 3DMark06, suppose can enjoy SHIFT on 2X AA and high settings =)

Well, if I plays for competition than I probably going to needs a proper desktop rather than laptop. Or else the laptop is going to break pretty fast... biggrin.gif
Too bad I can't handle SHIFT so well unlike previous title like ProStreet, else I want to join competitions too~ sweat.gif
