i donno how to set the vcore..so i let it auto =)

i donno how to adjust it in bios..when i want to adjust it..it starts from auto..if i want to set to 1.488..the color is yellow,means like over voltage..i wanna try to adjust to 1.522v..but 1.51 in red color,means dangerous..i scare it will damage the processor..so i let it auto...hmm

yeah, mine at 3.5GHz only at 1.37v.

ohh so the stock vcore is 1.35v...
so mine is 1.488..is that auto increase??

can i know what is lowest stable vcore for 955BE?
i had google it and found various result

TDP rely heavily on vCore. Just buy the 955BE C3 stepping and manually lower the voltage. With that you instantly get lower TDP. I could get it stable at 1.2V, maybe lower.

One thing I noticed is my CPU voltage drops over time. Before this I can't get any lower than 0.7V at 800MHz idle or it'll immediate freezing, now I could reduce it to 0.65V, its the same as during load, at stock 3.2GHz it once stable at 1.25V, now its rock stable at 1.2V. Another thing, my NB frequency could be rises higher at same voltage as well, and stable at 2.8GHz from 2.6GHz.

Calculated TDP is around 98.76W at load (3.2GHz 1.2V) while at idle its at mere 8.45W (800MHz 0.65V)

when i had unlocked my X3 720 to quad core, i cant get temp reading using HWMonitor.
what is the best solution to get my cpu temp? anyway anyone got idea what is temp i marked below?
