If I let the mobo auto set vcore, it will go till 1.55, kinda scary  . So far I only run around 1.4 - 1.5 max. Fine tuning the FSB and multiplier. Currently using Asus M4A79T Deluxe. I tot my processor is the prob but once changed mobo straight 4 core passed prime. Now still testing out with the fsb and multi. Btw running memory @ 1600 with 9992538 better ? Or 1333 7772125 ? Using normal kingston elpida rams but it seems quite good so far as can run high and low but tight timings dun have time to try yet coz still fine tuning. 

Checked device manager, saw 4 processors.

Thanks for the chart I will try and follow the timings see if it gives better results. 

Actually my budget DDR3 ram can run almost all timings if I set it manually. According to few sites it's the same as in the Kingston Hyper Lovo, and also g.skill or sum branded performance rams. Unless the rams can go 7-7-7-21 @ 1600 then it will be superb. Mine I don't have time to play yet, got sc2 also no time to play much one night only can complete 1 or 2 missions.

wow...very nice. Unlock and managed to run at very low VCore. You can use those stress test program like Prime95 for stress run for 12 hours or 24 hours.

I am not very good in this also. But read the forum then you will know.

just to inform u guys that i fixed my problem d
updated the bios and it was good to go
guessed it was a bug from d old bios
previous bios = 0501
new bios = 2204
ran prime95 for 2 hours and was stable and good

After save and exit, normally the monitor will show the gigabyte wallpaper but the monitor just keep in black color and the pc keep restart.

I'm a newbie in unlock cores and overclock.
Okay let see i'm missing any step.
After i went into bios, just go to Advanced BIOS features->CPU unlock->Enabled->save and exit (to azilazwa: I can't see enable 3th and 4th core, hmmm, will anything happen if i install your f7 version in my rev2.1 MOBO)
To saturn85: Need to manual add how much voltage? Can't boot into windows and no msg error after add to 1.4v.

r u sure bro? i unlock @ 1.35V only. default Vcore for my mobo is 1.375V. so i manually set it to 1.35V. manage to unlock all core and oc till 3.6GHz stable @ 1.35V.

Haiz, still cannot when i try 1.425. That's mean i'm no luck? Nvm, this processor not for editing and gaming purpose. Ayway, just able to overclock to 3.8Ghz, after this not stable.

I just change the mutilpler to x19 in bios, other no change. But I haven't use the stress software to test it. So far no hang or auto restart at 3.8Ghz and using CM 212+ as CPU cooler.
Erm, how to open 3th core? The BIOS only let me Enabled the CPU unlock. Sorry i'm newbie in unlock core.

But it does exact when on older bios version of mine..btw,extra mhz should be good..
