hey guys..
i just unlocked my x2 555 be
as this is a first for me, can gimme some suggestions on how to check whether its stable o not etc..
using stock cooler btw

wow...very nice. Unlock and managed to run at very low VCore. You can use those stress test program like Prime95 for stress run for 12 hours or 24 hours.

I am not very good in this also. But read the forum then you will know.

but its not very stable i think
sometimes my pc will hang den have to restart and put at 2 cores only
but like now im using 4 cores no problem
any suggestions or ideas? or is my cpu just not stable?

just to inform u guys that i fixed my problem d
updated the bios and it was good to go
guessed it was a bug from d old bios
previous bios = 0501
new bios = 2204
ran prime95 for 2 hours and was stable and good
thank u for all the replies btw
vcore stable at 0.98

That software for normal oc is ok..if for heavy oc is nth effect..coz heavy ocing need cool,bt nt quite..hahaha.

ur stock vcore is what u set at the Bios..if u get 3.2Ghz/Prime95 on 0.98 vCore..Wow!,U have alot of head room for OC to 3.8~4.0 Stable!.. thumbup.gif
