Besides YAMJ Trial, this firmware has other fixes yet...

Anyway, I'm not so desperate to give it a try... Will wait till it is stable / official stable release

I had to upload via Yousendit as my connection is pretty bad at the moment. I will edit this topic when I'm able to upload to our own server tomorrow.

In this version, includes
1. Subtitles support
2. Displays correct movie info when INFO button is pressed
3. Improves scanning of Jukebox in USB storage devices

And in this trial YAMJ version we have also included Youku (a Chinese "version" of Youtube) and Weather Forecast channel. Wasn't really supposed to be in this firmware since it's European version but I guess we may have forgotten to remove it before compressing the image.

If you format your hdd on your PC, then pluged it into the player, it will ask you to format again

Playon!HD creates hidden partition on your hdd, so you need to use the player to format the hdd.

2. Now supports maximum 1000 titles in a single Jukebox
3. Added movie star ratings
4. Added shadow effects for the big cover art
5. Fix bug for USB drive "Read Only" error
6. Fix bug for long folder and video filename scanning
7. Fix bug for scanning with folder and video filenames with or ending with a blank space
8. Fix bug for scanning endless loop for Jukebox on USB drives

One bug we are aware of and is fixing now, when the total length of folder + video name is too long, playing back the video will result in an error, "Invalid file". We believe this may have something to do with a broken link for a very long path. We tried an example to duplicate this bug,
HDD\Jukebox Movies\720p\The Chronicles of Narnia The Lion The Witch and The Wardrobe\The Chronicles of Narnia The Lion The Witch and The Wardrobe.xxx

But if the link can be shorten, then there won't be any problems playing it.

So next up will be to fix this bug, along with coding on the category page as well as getting network support.

The 4th released of YAMJ is here with the following updates.

1. Network Jukbox support
2. Resolves "Invalid File" error when playing off a long path
3. Zoom In/Out (I can't remember if previous versions are already working...)

Please remember to install the extension package in the ZIP file after you have updated this firmware. Also, scanning over network traffic may take a long time for huge jukeboxes over wireless. Breaking up into smaller jukeboxes will improve scanning and faster displaying of the jukebox.

The following will be in work for now.
- Resolving the max. 90 titles display
- Adding in category page
- Further customisation, improvements (we're always listening)
