1st referee into this season blacklist:
Christopher J. Foy
One fact, he comes from St Helens, Merseyside.

berba touch today was exquisite.. without looking at player he intended to pass.

ref got a clear view from the vid.. atleast he should stop the game when evra fell on the ground like he did when ballack fell
*
Yeah, well then let me rephrase that - ref and linesman pretended not to see. lol.

Most important I guess was how the team reacted. They woke up and fought back a bit, I guess. Although I wonder if they fought back hard enough. Man Utd were lucky to get that goal in.

I hate Ben Foster all this time. See when MU vs Malaysia.. can even been chipped a simple goal. Damn.. We need VDS back in the goal post.
*
what game were you watching? It was VDS that got chipped, so should we see him?

QUOTE(GIGGS_11 @ Aug 10 2009, 12:25 AM)
Damn! something is wrong today... Giggs had shoot most of his penalties to the goalkeeper's left without fail this few years. Today shooting to the middle? Fong shui I guess tongue.gif
Anyhow, the team is still look promising enough to do it 4 time in a row... let's kick off the BPL next week rclxms.gif
*
yup, it's been keeper's left all the time. Can see Lampard? whispering to Cech before Giggs kick. Hence hee was diving to the left as well

I don't understand the anxiousness just because we lost the Charity Shield. Heck, this is even more worthless that the Mickey Mouse Cup aka League Cup. Everyone is like saying dooms day, especially now we lost Ronaldo and Tevez. We are still in the transitional period currently.

We showed we are able to cope with Che even after the loss of 2 important players. But we still having the 2nd half syndrome where we seem to switch off slightly. The first half was delightful to watch though so the signs are there.

Cech could easily be the Man of the Match. He was really outstanding player today for Chelsea. Berbatov, Park & Fletcher were also outstanding. Nani with his typical goal. A lost doesn't seems to be that bad for us today. I was entertained in the first half.

Park got the energy but he didnt play at his peak. Berbatov & Fletcher catch my eye. I wonder why SAF replace Fletcher for Scholes. I think Fletcher deserve full 90 minutes. Should be Carrick take early bath. Just my 2 sen icon_rolleyes.gif

TBH, i was actually surprised to see Carrick take the penalty. I was like, was he even playing the whole 90minutes? Where the hell was he? LOL

I thought the highlight for us would be Evra. He was amazing. Until Ballack was sent in to antagonize him. Even then, between kicking Ballack and getting kicked by him, Evra sneaked in a couple of crosses.

Fletcher was quietly good as well. Evans was amazingly solid.

Nani was good, until the first goal and Chelsea adjusted themselves by double teaming him everywhere. After that, Nani just went quiet. He really needs to learn how to roam more.

Carrick, I'm not sure, I never really noticed him much. Ferdinand was assurance personified. O'Shea stuck back with Park, holding back Cole and Malouda. And Anelka. Luckily second half, Fletcher got smart and started closing the inside of Anelka to force him to go wide or lose the ball.

Rooney and Berbatov, roamed too much. For all their link up play, in the end, hardly any chances went throught except for that time when Park got in twice. Prolly because he was so small, no noticed him or cared to notice him. biggrin.gif There wasn't much presence in the box. Till Owen came in. And he had to out header the 6 footer centerbacks of chelsea. lol.

Nothing is harsh, means we will be relegated this coming season, saying the lost is much felt is more appropriate
