From what I do understand, the lines few lines of the spoiler say Gin puts Shinsou to Aizen's chest and says his shikai, Aizen says "Gin...kisama (basically means: Gin, you *******!)", and Gin releases.

すると自分の衣服を目隠しに愛染の胸元を刀で刺すギン。
Then using his own clothes for a blindfold, he stabs Aizen through the chest with his sword.

Tessai - Hadou no 90! Kurotsugi! (Black Coffin, ha!)
