called to make report just now.... and the guy keep asking me to give him test result at Speedtest.net and not to test in their Speedometer

  From 118.101.XXX.XXX 1Mb package... Last time, I check my phone line, No tone at all... So i log my complain. about this matter.. Today they do something to "ibu sawat TM"... change port. So now checking the dc problem if occur... hope not!!! |

after making serious complaints at 20 Oct, finally today only i get stable and satisfying speed..i signed up for 1Mbps package at 88 per month..
 the complain template really helped me a lot! |
