Hmm...in my case, there is a strange pattern. For the first 15 seconds or so, I can load the website very fast, but for another 15 seconds, the browser only give the error "server not found". This pattern keeps on repeating. Tested on browsing local and international site.

fx_53_xt , huh? Same thing happen to me on last monday and tuesday. Since i am lazy to retype, i just copy and paste my post on other forum :
There are few instances where i was unable to get a dsl signal at all. But it returned back to normal after 30 minutes or so (with sync rate of download 2048 and upload 512). On when the dsl signal is back again, i discovered that my download stream is returned to 1024kbps instead of 2048. The upload stream in the modem is still 512kbps.
I guess this is tmnet attempt to slow down my line. They had been trying to slow me down since monday where my dsl signal keep coming back and off.
Although the sync rate is downstream 1024 and upload 512, i wont be complaining....but my actual down speed test with local server is 51kb/s maximum? I dont pay RM88 FOR RM66 SERVICES!
Today (wednesday), i have extreme slowdown for the internet access.
