Yup, the history chart is not updating..... And Stock Indicator Scanner for RSI also just scan but not displaying any result... Before this every thing is fine.... May be due to history chart cannot update.....

I using version 1.0.5y

First of all, Thanks a lot for developing this free software! Big THANK YOU!! notworthy.gif

I've updated to the 1.0.5y version.

1. I found that the price updating is not stable. For instance, it sometimes keeps changing every seconds or so for a quite some time.
2. The stock watchlist doesn't work well. The alert messages sometimes appears and repeats the same many times, but not all alerts work.

For the above 2 issues, I suspect it's because of the behavior of price updating info from yahoo finance to your system has been changed.
I'd suggest that you may just grab all info periodically(say every 30 seconds), since yahoo finance's share price is a delayed one anyway.

3. I'd love to have a one button feature to save the portfolio, instead of required to save to separately (buy, sell, cash...etc). So a one click save button, may generate all those excel files separately (or in one, i don't mind).

Great job! Cheers! thumbup.gif

OK I worked out the selling partial stock.

As a idea, it would be nice that purchases get averaged out and then recalculated when you make a sale. instead of dealing with each purchase individually.

Just a thought...

It does average out under the counter for all your purchases for that counter.

Yeah, but when I sell a stock, I have to nominate a specific trade which has a specific price and then sell from that, not as a bundled share amount with an averaged price.

You get what I mean?

I just saw in the update the stock merging, his might be what I'm looking for, cheers smile.gif

yah, me too, cant connect to server.

why cant we manually fix the proxy server within the jstock apps itself? somehow the auto detection doesnt work.
