Surrounding areas are housing areas. The condo is perfect for own stay. There are also middle eastern renting the area.l I visited on a weekend. Very peaceful, and lots of visitors parking and the guards are doing thier job. Amenities are there, and people are very well behaved. Phase I only sold for 160k+ 3 years back.

Most of them own stayed and a few rented out to middle eastern.

Outside of the apartment, nothing much except housing area and freaking a lot of speed bumps. The only thing I hate about Serdang / Seri Kembangan is the freaking speed humps. To reach out to Bulatan Kuda from AH, you will need to pass at least 30 humps 1 WAY. No joke, break until damn pek chek.

Main roads are always jam from Serdang to TPM, you will need to use the small roads in the housing area. Thing is, the housing area roads are small and hilly, couple with addition of speed hump. If you can live with this, AH is perfect for you. If u been to um, those old housing area in Salak South, it will be something like that.

Oh, those humps are small and sharp.

wah.. so it is true tat aman 2 is still empty eh.. i dont really like the midle eastern people.. hope they dont over flood the area like how they overflooding everwhere else..

Most of the midle eastern people that stay at there is the Fair colour one...no worry...

wah, a little bit of color-ism going on here...personally i don't really like the middle easterners as well but as long as their community is limited is fine for me, otherwise they will infest the whole area. is best if 1malaysia concept..mix crowd...harmony place to live.

wat is sinking fund? maintenance fee is rm 180+-

i remember about Jan 2011... my tenant complaint to me... they said nearby Tuition center teacher... bring 2 Van of students then swim at our swimming pool.. then outsider can simply booked the Badminton court....

then next day i immediately call to Management office and complaint...how come i paid so expensive maintance fee then outsider come and bring ppl swim...

i think the most effective way to have a Strong JMB to control this type of situation....

ow.. so lansan de ah.. bring them to play at our facilities .. if families members only ok la.. but this.. too much la.. no wonder they wanna built sky lounge..

Just contacted the sales exec.

There are about 30% units available for Aman III. Intermediate units starts at 316800 for the available intermediate units on the first floor. 20k extra for units around 13 floor.

Hmm... not much info as he wants to sell it to me face to face.. But can anyone share what's the difference between Aman II and III?

Nvm, I give up Aman III. Better start looking for Aman II. Anyone here selling?
