for example;

Ur 120mm fan needs 12 volts to spin at 2300rpm...if you feed 11 volts, the speed will be reduce, right???

So CPU vcore if lowered, the speed will also needs to be lowered to avoid crashing....

Disconnect all...and i mean all your PC components...CPU, Mobo, Rams, Fans, HDD etc...

Then Prepare the Mobo, CPU, Ram (1 stick only) CPU n HDD.... Other stuff no need to connect...but CPU heatsink n fan dont forget lorr...

In Bios; use this settings...

Overclock Navigator: Manual Overclock

CPU/HT Reference Clock Mhz : 200
CPU Config : Auto
PCIE/ATIG Ref Clock :100
SB Ref Clock :100
Spread Spectrum: Off

Under the CPU/VID Control

Custom P-State: Enable

Core FID : (x13.5 for 2.7ghz)
Core DID : Divide by 1
Core VID : 1.3v
NB Frequency : 1800

Voltage Config

All make default except DDR voltage +2.0v (your highest DDR +v value)

Memory Clock

Memory Clock Mode : Manual

Mem Value : 800Mhz

Below settings all auto.

Try that, save restart, then boot into windows.... see what happens...

Run Prime, choose blend with 4 Priority...

Ok, now you have everything working, and notice that whenever you cucuk dual ram slot, it will fail...

OK,

Put 1 stick into DDR slot 0,1,2,3...test all with Prime (blend) and >5 priority...

Then put the other stick in slot 0,1,2,3...test all with Prime (like the above...)

Then put both on Channel A, run Prime priority >5 Blend...

If fail,

Then put both on Channel B, run Prime priority >5 Blend...

If fail oso, pump in more volt for the ram and increase overvoltage of the CPU to 1.375v

The DDR SPD would be useful if you post it here for us to see...

Maybe it needs more voltage....

You did mentioned u r using a reaper right??? Probably needs 2.1v to 2.2v

Provide me with the SS of the rams SPD page in CPUZ...

Also did u mean the Memory module is faulty or the memory slot???

All the timings right now on auto right xcept for the 800mhz that I've mentioned earlier....

So now I want to confirm with u that memory slot 2 was faulty and you right now cant run dual channel at 1066 without having errors in Prime, correct?

And during the error, you have set the voltage to 2.2v and the DDR Clock at 1066 and slotted the DDR modules into the other set of slots which are working fine...Correct/??

Ensure the DDR Clock is at 1066 and set the tRFC to 55 while other settings are left in Auto mode...

Try swapping and reseating the modules again...

Once you set to 1066, computer doesn't POST or Prime will fail???

Bump only +0.1 for the chip and HT...

tRFC0,1,2,3 means you DRAM slots...so identify which slots is fixed with the Memory module and leave the ones which are empty...

Set them to 105 first, if fail, up one more step, if fail try 195ns...

Bump the CPU also to 1.35v

Very hot like 'kettle' hot or 'tv' hot???

The voltages that you feed isn't lethal or even in the redzone....

Have u tried single dimm 1066 PRIME???

Yahh...sleep first...then only continue after waking up...sometimes ideas can come later...
