actually trfc depends on device density..
normal min. spec for module 256Mb - 75ns 512Mb - 105ns 1Gb - 127.5ns 2Gb - 195ns 4Gb - 327ns so pick which ever suitable.. it came from the ram freq n also tCK in between of REF and Act.. haa.. kan dah pening.. lupakan je la.. ikut je kat atas tu.. |
