Same as you..Im using F2c bios..which my bro searched over Internet..this is the only BIOS that has option "Hybrid" in ACC..You set Hybrid or Normal?
The F2c BIOS is seems only can unlock...On F1 cannot unlock..never tried F2 thou..

Anyway..mine confirm cannot d..becos after set Hybrid,auto,increase vcore,reduce HT link..etc still fail to unlock..

Depending on some situation..cos ytd i tried on my bro com tis settings :

HT Link 2Ghz
NB Freq 2.3Ghz

Others settings are same..just i use multiplier..
When i boot into windows and stress..it fails/BSOD/restart..

So i change/drop the HT link into 1.7Ghz..it success..well it depends..

I dont know why..achieving 4Ghz stable on Phenom II X2 is so hard..
Even pumping into 1.5XVcore..
AAh..maybe chip limit edy..even though my bro's Gigabyte mobo can up volts up to 1.9..
