Why don't you go see Prabha or James's sifu for treatment. James sifu would give you a good massage and he can identify which muscle did you injure and you got to go back there a few times for some heavy rubbing. Alternatively, Prabha is also quite ok.

Quickly go get some treatment before you aggravate it.

Freshie Foo,
We normally play futsal on Monday nights and occasionally on Saturday evenings. There are days when the guys are up for it and we have an opposition, then we play football. As you read few pages back, we just had a football game with our sparring partner, MyRawk at GIS Field. Anyways, all the game info can be found in page 1.

And yeah, with a nick like Freshie Foo, you're bound to attract some interest from a certain guy(or half guy) that would be very interested in making friends with you. He's into fresh meat.

Damn, this place is quiet now.

Mike, i probably cant get my company to sponsor anything in terms of products or monetary.(Who the heck needs welding electrodes anyways). I think i'll help to organise a team from LYN to take part in this tournament just to support your effort.

Guys, the registration fees is RM350 PER TEAM of 10 players. Please don't look at it as expensive and you turn your back on a chance to do charity and most importantly help a brother in need, Mike. Look at it from charity point of view and a chance to play some fun futsal. Its November 29, Sunday. So im pretty sure you guys are around, so lets try to get a team.

Yo guys, it was one of those fun filled session again with Freshie Foo Fighters taking the main stage. Hahaha. Mr Ghana back from his wilderness, and wasn't emo yesterday. Mr Ghana must have did alot of de-stressing in Ghana, wonder how?

Im sorry i had to leave early. I took a very early whack on my ankle. I think only 5 mins into the game. But i continued playing coz i felt ok. Then half way thru the game, Foo Fighters kicked the ball and my ankle at the same time and just for precaution, i rested 2 games and then went on to play another while scoring a brilliant solo effort and then realised i cannot continue anymore. But today the ankle is okla, just abit of soreness which i can shake off in a week.

Oh yes lets not forget the hand ball incident early on. I swear i was defending when the loose ball suddently dropped to my hands. I didn't purposely grabbed the ball. Haha.

Hey Foo Fighters, not your fault, its just one of those days when im unlucky. Dont worry it wasn't a dirty challenge, just that the tip of my foot was struck by the ball as you kicked it, so my ankle kind of got a jerk and right now its just soreness, not a nasty injury.
