The time is tentatively from 4pm to 6pm at HTO DE FUTSAL. We're playing James's friend.

If we don't get more than 7 players, the game is cancelled.

Quickly confirm whether game on or not? I've had 3 people asking me and they want to make plans and need to know if game is on or off.

Zan,
Make sure you report your heroics and how we were robbed by the referee's interpretation of the rules.

Spoiler: We only conceded 1 goal but still went out of the quarters. Good defending guys!

We did alright to be honest. I think our gameplay going in to the tournament is to tightened up the defence. The defending was alright and i must say Kang and sthon was f-ing solid as stone. We gave not much away, except for the 1 goal against SOLS Malaysia. I think we were over rawed by their phsyique and we should have hit them hard. But thankfull we still qualified and the 3rd group stage game, i think i only went in with 1 aim, to kick some arse. We didn't create much chances(with me and pono leading the attack?!?!) against 1Malaysia but all i know is that they were given a taste of LYN's bulldozer treatment. I have a stubbed toe right now which was caused by me smacking it into someone's leg, i hope he's ok. Match ended 0-0.

And the quarters, i think Ganforhire played quite decent, but again, defensively we were solid except for a few suicidal moment and yes Naz, the whole arena heard you letting it rip on Abu on the 'clear the ball la chee bye'. I came on for pono's friend as he was working his ass off. I didnt do much except to hassle the players and miss the opportunity to wrap up the game. I couldn't take it on the left coz my body position was awkward and my sucky left leg so i decided to use the outside of right leg to flick it into the goal but it hit the post, unlucky.

Then came the penalty shootout. I must say Naz you did fantastic and yeah, their first taker was riling you up a little with the Arshavin gesture but the following 2 penalties was save and i could see the anger in you when you saved the first and hit the ball hard on the ground. Good anger! When i took the 3rd penalty, the GK was trying some mind games and slowing the tempo down, but the fibreglass is cool as cucumber and there's nothing that can take the focus away when i slam it home. As for Faisael and Pono, don't feel too bad about it, we win as a team, lose as a team.

And guys, thanks for not exiting the tournament early. We went in with the intention of defending hard, we did it by conceding 1 goal only.

And Naz you missed one key moment of the game. I think we were the only team that got a yellow card. I think its not deserving as the ball clearly hit the arms, not hands.

Thanks for the add guys. I've got class, can't make it the whole of December, except maybe the Monday of the 2nd week of December or Saturday matches.

I was surprised when JonC told me 1Malaysia made it to the finals but the truth is, they played simple and efficient futsal and our last group match with them, the only reason they didnt beat us is because Pono was bulldozing everyone in their team. All their players were about Abu's size so it was easy to run them over BUT we never looked like we were gonna score a goals against them. You don't win by bulldozing but it sure was fun.

Normally Monday games are about RM8 to RM10 per person.

Just look at the size difference between Alfred and Pono's head, altho they are just half a feet apart.

Great pic. It shows the soliditary of the crazy gang and this is one of those Kodak moments.

Rather surprise with the low turnout of the Monday game this week. Last time we were turning people away. Next week i might make it.
