wacko_joy: To track distance, you need a pedometer or GPS sensor. I'm selling Polar heart rate monitors with pedometers or GPS sensor. Click on the link on my signature to learn more.
Depending if you jump the correct way. Landing on the heels will send the shock up to your knees hence causing injuries. If you land on your forefoot, it will strengthen and condition your calf muscles. Calves might become a bit bigger but more condition. Ilianas_Toy: The Vomero is bouncy? Many complain it is too soft including myself but it has served me for about 1000KM. |

Regulus: Variety is the key here. Managing to chat while jogging or running isn't a bad thing. Train base on different heart rate levels and you will see the benefit as time passes. Different zones produces different results. Therefore, it doesn't mean that you aren't working hard enough if you are sitll able to chat. Remember to train smart, not hard.

Am really upset to hear this. May he rest in peace.
Remember here, to run smart. When the body is showing signs to stop, listen to it. Don't be hero or you end up like zero. |

chinleong: On the shoe of course. But not only you. There's a few runners that dind't have their timing recorded too. Maybe some faulty chips.
navilink: Heard it's of cardiac arrest. So far only the forum on hooha can confirm this as papers has not reported on this. |

QUOTE(toto4d @ Feb 24 2010, 10:41 PM) Ops. Amat paiseh. Now condition so so only, hehe, not much training. Now also doing cycling, so less time for running. Sir Isaac, Nimbus 11 and now the Wave Precision. All in less than 2 months. Really no comment already.Anyway, just got Mizuno Wave Presicion 10 from The Garden, pacesetter 30% discount + AMEX 15% Cash back, good value! Plan to use for Borneo and Sundown. This year i dun want to climb mount kinabalu lo, the package become too expensive. IF you really want to do it after borneo, you have to hunt for a bed now, normally may is fully booked. |

I just returned from Ironman Malaysia 2010 at Langkawi. Most of the Elites and Pros are all wearing K-Swiss shoes. If the shoe can take the punishment from the triathletes and Ironmans, what do you think marathon runners can benefit from it? It is just a wonderful wonderful shoe!

QUOTE(tenno @ Mar 25 2010, 09:42 AM) Not me or Elgato I guess. Maybe U can ask phoenix@Frank to help U out. I think we'll be on the same course as the full marathoners for at least 3/4 of the distance... Won't be able to pace half marathoners as I'm running the full marathon. Besides, I'm helping a friend too. |

steveysl: You sure that's P7 where we park? According to Jeff, it was P2 so I followed the P2 shuttle bus back. Upon dropoff, the signs say P7. Errr... Weird. Then some middle east fellow wanted me to fetch him to some roundabout cause he says he is drunk. Immediately I lock myself in the car, changed and drove off. Scared he got intention to rob me.
elgato: It was indeed to meet up with you again. Am sure you had a good run. |

Did someone ask for me? Haha... Sorry been away as I have been real busy lately. Probably just check the thread once a week now. Will be opening a new thread in about 2 weeks time as I see this one is hitting the 2500 limit soon.
But anyway, if I were to choose between RS800CX and FT80, I would go for RS800CX for functionality. FT80 certainly looks nice but when it comes to exercising, RS800CX really rules. Besides, FT80 is really prone to scratches. However, if compare with RS300X, I would opt for RS300X anytime for it's value for money. RS800CX is seriously overpriced. Besides, RS300X is tougher and is after all the best seller. |

elgato: Here's my part for your survey. I wear BV Sport Booster during activities, BV Sport ProRecup for recovery and BV Sport Confort for normal use. All of them are graduated compression socks and calf guards, medical graded too. But of course, I have 2XU too for my other body parts.
