Looks like ur body is not fully recover.  just rest and stay away from running for another 1-2 days.  TNF run is very energy sapping, just squeeze everything out of ur body.  I lost 3 kg after the run, imagine tat.

happen to me before. not enough sleep, stress from work will cause this. just rest.

i have pain on my right knee after a run, this happen after 1 week after my 21k run. i went to see orthopedic last Saturday, the doctor checked, xray my knee and hip. no issue or no wear and tear. he adviced me to run on grass or treadmill. my knee is okay now, so i am thinking, should i go back and run on the road.

The selling price is RM370. What is your height and weight? This is for determining the size.
*

i don't mind running in the rain, it's the shoes that'll get wet and take some time to get dry, then no running.
i think i really want to switch to morning runs.
*
i agree with u. which is why some of us have more than one pair of running shoes. that's remind me need to get another pair of running socks.

hope the rain is just drizzle and not pouring......

Taper = Shake legs and dont bother abt running  rclxms.gif

On a more serious note, just do some light running.  If u can sustain some short speedwork of 2k-3k thats fine too.

For me is 2 weeks to race day ie my last  long run will be exactly 2 weeks from race day.

Ccube, you forgot about durian loading!!! ha ha! tongue.gif

Side stitch or not, I always go slow biggrin.gif Yeah.. yeah.. it gets kinda lonely at the back of the pack. But hey, that's how I want it to be done and that is all I can do atm. There is some fun in it tho. So, those who are contemplating to run, stop thinking and just do it.
*
agree!

side stitch will go away as you run more, run frequently. as our fitness is better you will get it later. also, it will appear again after we rest to long (like weeks or months).

hanjo55, same here. lonely running at the back. my running buddies will be far infront, sometime can't even see them. so what can we do? just run and hope to catch them one day.
