Getting Started

|
Can anyone suggest me workout for HVT..
I just start my BB 1 month ago..
Kindly help me plan my workout (monday, Wednesday and Friday) ..
Im confuse coz some have told me i can mix too many exercise in 1 time...
Pls suggest the volume and repeat on each type.. thanks...
Im 174 cm and 67 kg...

Is HVT the ideal program for beginners? No wait, is it necessary to even do bodypart splits for untrained novices?
