seth is actually incredible in terms of offensive power.
yes he would die if he is rushed down, but as aiman said, given that he has teleport + SPD and of coz his wall jump, it's not easy to lock him down.

not mentioning that he has tick>command throw, normal projectile "safe" combos, 2-3 very useful reset combos, and all occasional triple srk.

he's very scary if in right hands.

and i agree with 2 characters/season.

and since someone said gouken is pretty useless, i'll pick gouken as my second just to fight him during the league. =x

Seth has excellent space control.

For instance, Ultra = free 30% damage if opponent jumps (or does anything with recovery, anywhere on screen).

To get out of pressure situations, he's got an SPD, a teleport, a dragon punch, Super, Ultra.
