How to counter El Fuerte Flying Throw & Body Splash with zangief?
I having problem everytime facing Elf, especially when i get knock down, he'll start the mix up with these two moves.
Its a mind game, but i lose all the time to Elf with Gief!

Need help from expert!

Added on October 8, 2009, 2:28 pmnot a gief expert, but when i fought against elf last time using gief, i had to use FA to escape it...or time ur jump to escape.....

October 2009 Tier Rankings for Street Fighter IV

You'll find a chart below showing roughly who would win how many games out of 10 if two high-level players of equal skill played against each other using the characters shown.

For example, M. Bison (Dictator) would win 6 games out of 10 against Crimson Viper. And Sagat would win 7 games out of 10 against Zangief.

Note: All of the names below are based off of the American release of the game. Balrog is the Boxer, Vega is Claw and so on.

Played trial earlier.

Didn't realize that Blanka super or ultra can hold charge.

Also what's the use of the down + 3p? Looks funny when he does it but I dunno what it is for.

Down + 3P for escape fireball. Can do as dummy move before lunch super/ultra. (In my opinion only)

Sagat is so keng one?

Looks like Ken and Gouken are doing okay, my two favorites cos they are the easiest chars to pick up

How about Blanka's jumping forward and back?

Ie. forward or backward + 3k.

What's the typical usage of this?

hop forward to surprise ur opp, since u may land in front or behind, for u to follow up with throw or some combos...

I had really good games with Ophiomorph last night. Really good Ryu there. nice linkages of cr.mpx2, cr.mk xx fireball. Great back and forth games, mostly ending in Ophio's favour. Feels great to be back after so long haven't touch SF4!

How's everyone dong? I heard some guys went over to Singapore Bugis for some SF4 action. How was it like? care to share the stories from the trip?
