So from your point of view, 50S10 is better than 42S10?

Its definitely better with bigger screen size.  What makes it even better is the price....where can you find another 50" full HD screen at this price. what more to say this is pana plasma! not any chap ayam china brand.

Maybe the air in the east is different, or placebo effect since you stare too long on those TVs.

Weird because I have the money, I have 100 original blu-ray titles and almost 15TB of mkv, I love watching movies even though it is in the morning or afternoon during weekends and in the end I choose S10 over the Philips. Did I also mention that the black level on S10 is better than that Philips - thus resulting in better PQ. I also have a kid at home, I choose plasma because of the hard coated and solid surface. I notice reflection on LCD too, just because of the matte finish doesn't meant it wont' have reflection.

Feels funny to have the curtains down whole morning or afternoon. Nothing like natural light into the house.

A 1TB Buffalo External now cost RM330. So, RM330 x 15 = RM4950, just to store those files.

Time to tekan HV when they call me to go see the plasma when they have set it up.

I am glad many agree the Samsung quality is far better than the Panasonic. I thought my eyes were bluffing me.

Best price I got for PS50B650S1R is RM6800 without the free 32' TV at Best Denki Midvalley with 5 yrs warranty. Harvey Norman selling for RM6300 but with standard 1 yr warranty.  Need to top up another RM500 for 1 + 2 yrs warranty.

Walked over between panny and sammy and you guys are right. The Sammy wins over the Panny 50S. Not just the black but the brightness in daylight (or bright lightings) which does not fade/dim as much as Panny. Panny really looks washed out on bright lighting.

Note that the Sammy does NOT have a S-Video input. Now i have to connect composite to a 50' and S-video to my 32'. What a waste for watching Astro.
