If this set goes to anfieldude then he can gives a very good opinion and review.
Don't rely so much on me, since I am not good at this.
Perhaps I can just give simple comment and findings.

Off topic:

First impression on early hours of operation is that the black is blacked than S10. Colour seems 'deeper'.
Performance is much better than S10 early when the set is new. Of which i would describe early hours of S10 is awkward.
But I still find the colour of B650 a little bit un-natural compared to S10.
Wait till tv break in first as it's still new out of box.

It's kind of like difficult for me.
I need to get one more hdmi converter and 'squeeze' the tv's on my cabinet only then i can post the pic 'side by side'.
Btw yesterday I watched concert in dark room. It was 'great' tho it's still in early hours of operation.

Yes Samsung is prone to retention. This morning I saw slight retention with my vista task panel (short period of time).
On reflection, B650 has better glass as the glass is like ultra violet type that we have on front windscreen of CBU, which is purplish.
1080p 1:1 pixel mapping is better than S10.

Colour & black level of B650 is much better.
But I find S10 a bit more 'natural', or may be B650 is still new.

50S10 in US USD1.5k retail. Here RM5.3k - cash. More or less the same.

This one u ask Panasonic Malaysia...

Btw it's still very much a personal preference thingy...
But at least to have a look side by side between 2 models before buying

IIRC in US it's USD1.5k and in UK it's GBP1.1k.
Personally I am more than happy compared the prices we have last year.

There is overscan option in S10. Please look for it.
Not under display. It's under some other menu.
Then you can do 1:1 pixel mapping.

B650 plasma has 1080 x 24p wor.

Just for sake of info and sharing, B650 does native 24p (no conversion or anything)
