Hi Guys, recently thinking of changing to a bigger car. And I came across ford escape, which are pretty cheap. A 2001 one cost around RM3xk.

Anyone owns this car and how's the maintenance for ford escape and hows the fc?

which petrol station you guys prefer for re-fueling your diesel 4x4 ?

im using 2010 mitsubishi triton 2.5 turbo diesel , my choice :

1. esso - feels smoother and powerfull ( im using it most of the time )
2. shell - smooth and powerfull ( using it once in a while )
3. petronas - powerfull but not as smooth as esso and shell diesel ( using it once in a while )

hello any body own a pajero sport?
please give some advice cause need to buy this car for future 9 years.
because due to our Lovely Government (Malaysia pay twice the price)so i have no choice to tie up with this car(7 seater SUV+4WD)i think this it's the most secure to own it in my point of view.(pay less $ to get the Bigger car)traditional Malaysia mind, haha or maybe me only.

thanks.

pajero sport and Triton (without tax) should be almost the same price.... maybe a few K more.

Pajero Sport and Fortuner had to use 2.5L engine because of the lower tax bracket (& not 3.2L and 3.0L respectively).

They (Manufacturers) should build a 4x4 "Pick-up" with a full-time 4x4 drive train and not limited to partial 4x4. Honda has a promising one.

so still no one Pajero Sport Owner?
how the Mitsubishi free services?2 years+3 year warranty!
any complain for this car?(cause see some owner sell they ride less then 1 year, mean got some used unit year 2009 for sale wondering any critical problem to sell it off
in term of short usage time)or big defect on this car?engine, transmission or other reason?
rexton quite some date now days, facing low power and high fuel consumption and spare parts difficult to get(info read other forum).
so i believe Mitsubishi since so many years they R&D on this pajero Sport。
still pending for next year car.

The problem that I see, in their R&D with Pajero Sport is actually,er..they kinda R&D it with racing right?

You see, the most popular and sell-able 4WD/SUV usually depends on strong background in truck industry. Like Toyota, Isuzu (even they dont really have any passenger car, they can make the DMax a big success), Nissan...not so much of Mitsubishi (at least here in Malaysia)

Pajero Sports is pathetic? No surprise, I do think the old Pajero, Storm, and the Triton are pathetic as well.
