Agreed. Apart from being ugly (which is very subjective), I really dont understand how people can tolerate the "milo tin" feel of viva especially when they close the door....

i10 no doubt. Outlook design as well as the interior is much better in my opinion. Engine, fuel efficiency & space aside first.

i was worried cuz many ppl bad comments on korean cars..no confident, that's y...i was questioning..
however, i saw a lots of users of i10 have good comments in this car.

hate to say it but between these two, its a lose lose situation. viva ( the new elite ) i drive before got terrible handling i mean, i know it one of the cheapest car out there but it worse then a 15 year japs car!

i10 how ever, the only plus points are the looks n space( which is compared with viva), n a tad better handling then viva(which is from worse to bad lol ), but fc is kinda hig the 1.0 is very much underpowered almost same as the atoz. then again the high fc is due to always revving to get it moving!

if i were u, ditch both n safe more for better car. at least better handling car.

i own an i10, my brother drove a saga blm and myvi,
compare the fc, i10 is better,..

yeah true, before my 2nd service, the fc is pure bad, not up to expectation,
most i can get was 11km/l.. and the ads stated 17.2km/l for auto,

now mileage is 11k, im happy with it, fc getting better, ranging 13-15km/l..
mostly city drive.

atoz a fuel guzzler, i10 use exactly the same engine as atoz. sounds as its real bad as using the old engine for new model. but i wonder why i10 fc is better?.. eps helps maybe?

but still, theres of course few i10 driver complaints on the fc, its true, maybe the way i drive affects my fc...

choose potong savvy u get fuel economy, great handling, 2 airbag, abs, ebd etc. but need careful maintainance.

anyway, if can wait, do wait for i20, or join the myvi army.

the only way u gonna get more than 3 stars is by using 4 airbags. when the car came into msia..usually they only provide us with 2 airbags. hyundai i10 got 4 stars 4 ncap..but was tested with 4 airbags. so the 4 stars advertised in our market is questionable since our i10 only got 2 airbags. pls check ncap website for more information.

Added on January 12, 2010, 7:11 pmour waja got 3 stars in euro ncap..but if looking at the tested car spec..the waja got side body airbag. the only p1 car got 4 airbag i guess.

I suggest to buy i10, the interest rate is only 1.99% now!
