yewps, certainly won't mind if rooney has to play out wide once awhile if it's for the benefit of the team. but with CR7(the one who nvr tracks back) gone, and Valencia stepping in which we know tracks back and defs better than CR7. i think we'll see Rooney less on the wings.

He's not as good as he once was. But one thing with strikers, those good at finishing, is that, even though they lose their pace, strength and stamina, they would still find their way into scoring positions and get on the end of things as Ole showed in his final seasons. Just see Ronaldo9.. knee problems, no more pace, but still scored shitloads of goals in all level.
Ronaldo was hardly a creative force. In 06/07 maybe he has that, but last 2 seasons have all been about him getting on the end of things rather than the one providing. If we look at his form last season, minus the goals, it was just decent IMO. If Valencia plays more for the team, then it would probably be better for us in the long run.

Anderson can takeover from Scholes, although in a different way. As for Carrick, we can use the other midfielders alongside Anderson..

They would donate half to me.
Replacement for Ronaldo in Valencia, replacement for Tevez in Owen. Spent 16m on those two. Simpan the baki in Swiss bank and watch it accumulate.

Huh? Berba is our master in that. Scholes and Carrick are too deep to setup goals usually, and Ronaldo last 2 seasons think he is a striker rather than a winger.

That's unfair on Ronaldo. He gave his best every time for us. He wants to be the best, and for that he always made sure he tried his best, although admittedly sometimes he focus too much on himself(I want to score mode) rather than the team.
