I'm rushing to go back uni after the match. My bus leaving at 10.30pm so hopefully I can made it on time. BJ to Plaza Rakyat should take around 20min or so, hopefully can made it on time.
If it start at 5:30 sharp, then there should be plenty of time for you, but god knows how long one has to wait to get on the lrt train. Anyone had any experience using LRT(on matchdays)?

Nope, but i do have the bad experience of driving to one (last year Che match). I already delayed like 1 hour waiting for everyone to leave only start my journey yet I still got stuck about 2 hours in Shah Alam

How long? Even with 10 years of experience one can't answer that question with absolute certainty. That's how sucky our train system is. Packed trains, packed stations, breakdowns, etc. Football games in BJ yang ends at midnight pun boleh penuh station, ini kan lagi if the match ends at around 7.30-8.00pm. Stadium crowd + working crowd.

Shorty, you drove from where and how long did it take you to reach BJ by car? Thx in advance.
Might head their via LRT as well. Been awhile since I used the Malaysian public transportation system, so I'm ready to be disappointed yet again . Maybe we could meet up together, get a few chants going before we head into the stadium, and when our boys get on the pitch we can start with the singing.

Going there was smooth going, I went at 6pm (match starts at 8.30). I drove from Petaling Jaya to Shah Alam Stadium (where it was held). Coming back I left the place around 11pm. Stuck in Shah Alam jam for about 1 and a half hour!

I'll be driving to the training session only. A friend will be taking over driving duty on game day. Will head out at around 3pm.
I'm driving to training session as well, but not for the match!

Oh yea... The Chelsea game was at Shah Alam Stadium
this logo was even used by ESPN Sportscenter when they interviewed the Sec-Gen live sometime ago.. Even they didnt notice that at the time.. but its very degrading.. As a Malaysian, I hate to see our logo in such a way though I would be supporting Man Utd when the two meet..
Me me!! Going to the training and the match via LRT too. Wanna go together or not?
wat time u intend to leave from wangsa maju?? wanna join??
