Now I am filling the PTPTN online form, one question, what should I fill for "Butiran Ibu Bapa Kandung" if my father and my mother divorced, and only my mother is responsible for the family, not my father ?

Notes: I know my father is alive, and I know exactly where he lives. Sometime he will bring me to his house, but he never took the responsible for the family.

Edit : And what is "NO. CUKAI PENDAPATAN:", and "NO. MATRIK:", I know it is student ID number, but do I need to fill in words or just numbers ? Example, my student ID : 12WBD12345, so I fill 1212345 or 12WBD12345?

Edit 2 : Where do I check what bank is needed for TARC?

After filling the butiran ibubapa, another new problem -.-, Butiran Penjaga, my first penjaga is my mom, so what should I fill for Nama Pasangan Ibu/Bapa ?

Nama pasangan Ibu/Bapa means the name of the couple of my mom right ? Just write my father name even though they divorced ?

And what to fill in the second "penjaga" ? My father is not my penjaga, so just skip it ?

Edit : I am a first year 2nd semester diploma student, so the only thing i need to fill is my spm result right ? I don't have to fill the first sem diploma result or attach the photocopy of the result somewhere right ?

thanks but i guess this is my last problem, I opened a public bank account. The account number got "-" inside. Example : 1-12312312-12 (plus savings account). I cannot fill this thing in the online application form. Do I need to remove "-" ?

PTPTN deposited the money this week , but my sem ended today. Is this money for next sem or they will deposit money again when the next sem start?

The online Penyata Baki Terperinci is broken is it? Can only see Name, IC, Address.

yes offer letter . for your degree/foundation programme you're in
the rest nid to be printed out in ur ptptn online registration..see what docs u have there

Had my Perjanjian printed but it's double-sided. The officers at my university said have to reprint all of them(except the ones with the setem hasil) with one page on a piece of paper. Has anyone experienced this situation before? Is it ok?

if no, then is she tied and could not go overseas study? and does she need to pay the loan before she go?

hey guys.... i have a slight problem and im lost.. i applied for aptptn loan 2 years ago but i changed uni...the loan was approved...ive submitted a letter about a month ago saying i wanted to cancel the loan... until now the it has not been done..

FYI, i never proceeded to make the loan agreement after it was successful... because i left the uni after 2 weeks of enrollment....what do i do?
